“This location is 12 minutes away from the town of St.Johns and less than 10 minutes away from the airport. Very close to Dickerson Bay which is one of the nicest beaches on that side of the island. Property is well secured with cameras and motion lights. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Denyse the host is onsite so any issues can be addressed immediately. She is very accommodating and professional. An excellent choice for a home away from home atmosphere”

“Very tranquil rustic getaway in the hillside above Nelson's Dockyard in English Harbor. Private cottage rooms interconnected by walkways in the canopy of trees and flowers. Stunning views, free breakfast and relaxed vibe. Etched into a hillside just above the main drag and yacht club. Owner Robert Potter is always there to guide guests and make helpful suggestions for restaurants or arrange taxis.”

“Excellent check in process, nice property, very clean, great AC in the bedroom. Very quiet and secluded, really reminded me of a cottage. Not much around that you can walk to but overall it was a really nice spot with excellent hosts.”

“The property was way larger than anticipated. Perfect for a longer stay when you want to cook a few meals on your own. Loved the large shower. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood.”

“Overall, my stay was quite good. The environment and location were great, and the host was very friendly. The only areas for improvement were: the seasonings were a bit limited – salt and pepper were almost gone; laundry detergent needed to be brought from home; and the shower water pressure was a little low. Aside from these, everything else was perfect, and I would gladly recommend this place.”

“This is our second stay at Cocobay Resort. Coming back was an easy decision if you like beautiful scenery and a boutique quiet feel. The view are magnificent. Whether we were Beach side, at the pool, at the cliffs, snorkeling, hammocks, plunge pool in my room., It was just all we needed ! I can’t name everyone, but if Ms. Denise, Jermaine, Sandy, Chennai, or Trev are near you are guaranteed to be taken care of and have a great experience. They want you to have a great time and as we know no work……

“The location is stellar for the views and the beach, even commuters to the airport. The property is having major construction done and is obviously not ideal. Otherwise it is very quaint and suffice for a short stay.”

“The house was clean and had everything you need. If you wanted to make your own breakfast, to walking a few feet to the beach was perfect. Sit out on your porch in the back or balcony from your bedroom was fabulous. I will definitely come back.”
