The property was clean. Staff was not too friendly and the area smelled of sewer.

Rooms were very humid & smelled like sewer. Most likely because of the area that smelled the same outside. No hand towels or any hotel amenities. Soap, cups …. Nothing . On the plus side, Staff were friendly

On the app I requested a pet friendly hotel. Comort Inn popped up as an option. When we arrived they said they did not accept pets so we had to leave and could not get a refund.

The staff was very nice and friendly. However the hotel was horrible. It’s July therefore it’s hot outside. The AC at this hotel does not work. It turned on and off every few minutes. It wasn’t just my room, it was the entire hotel. I had to keep calling the front desk to see what’s the status of the AC. The phone in the rooms don’t work. I had to keep asking for more towels and toilet paper. When I got my room the trash was not emptied out. There was trash in there from the previous guests. AND it rained and water got inside the hotel in the hallways and rooms. Will not be staying here again.

Great breakfast but poor housekeeping
The breakfast was very good! The cleanness of the bathroom was poor. Floor in bathroom was dirty. We found a pair of socks that didn’t belong to us in the bed.There was only 1 large towel.

Room was not cleaned for out second night stay and the toilet seat was broken since the beginning but never fixed.

Air condition doesn't cool, even after moving to a different room. The keys have to be reactivated everyday because they stop working. The staff does not communicate with each other. Although we had prepaid the entire stay, we kept on being harassed about payment. After being unconfutable worm in our room and reported it, it took 3 days for the staff to let us borrow a fan.
