The in house restaurants really made the trip. But the strees leading up to the property ate co fusing and the roof was leeking in yhe hall way on our floor

We were not properly checked in after standing around for 30 minutes. When we asked for the breakfast voucher they had to get a manager who was incredibly rude. She said she needed all the information for check in which should have been done the day before when we got there so not sure why we had to wait around 30 minutes. But she immediately got rude about it after I said we stood here for 30 minutes yesterday it’s not our fault it wasn’t done. For a manager to speak to your customers like that is unacceptable. Clearly the staff needs training and new management.

We booked a 350 sqft king-bed room for 3 nights at this hotel via Expedia, hoping to have a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The first night we were assigned a room at a far corner, much smaller than we expected. And the shower head kept leaking water after we used it. There seemed no way to completely turn off. It spilled the water all over the floor over night, and I almost slipped when I stepped in the bathroom the next morning. We complained to the front desk, and got moved to a room right next to the elevators for the second night. This time the room is as big as we expected, and shower head is working fine. But at deep night when it's supposed to be quiet, the elevator noise becomes very very annoying when the elevators are running. We could not sleep well the whole night. We complained again to the front desk, and got moved to a much better room the third night. Far from elevator noise, and as big as we expected. Also higher floor, but not much view to speak of. We also got a $40 breakfast coupon. Also we drove an EV (Ford Mustang Mach-E), but there was no charging station on site to charge our EV when we slept. All the inconvenience, the loss of sleep, the repeated packing and unpacking when changing rooms, damaged our vacation mood. Overall it was a bad experience. We travel around a lot, but never had an experience like this. The hotel staff told us they couldn't give us comps, because the travel was booked through Expedia, a third party platform.

The property was very pretty and clean. Loved yhr hallways how the lighting was low. It was nice. Woth it being on the gold course, i think there are a lot of golfers that party while they golf. There was drunk guys walking the hallways at 12:30 friday night hollering at each other down the hallway. Saturday night they came in again around 1 and was slamming doors and twlling at each other for about an hour or so. Woke up kids and was just annoying. I understand having fun, but be respectful.

The Good: property was amazing and soo beautiful staff was soo nice and welcoming. The place was excellent bathroom, room, well stocked and you could tell it was very clean! The room was soo nice and very well kept. The meh: The elevators were not the greatest they kept breaking or freaking out and I knowww I sound like a Karen but under the bed was terrible there was bottles and drink caps.( only know because I drop something under there)

I stayed here for a few days with my family and the beds were really comfortable, the king size rooms with balconies were perfect for our family. The dinning was really good too. I loved that there were pool tables and things for the family as well.

Room was very small and basic. Limited selection for dinning and staff was snooty, rude, and prejudice. Especially the girl behind the desk named Lora. We purchase this stay has a treat and should've spent more money at a more high end resort. This was a generic cheap resort. Not worth the time and money. Didn’t even stay the whole extent. Also Expedia didn't even send them our reservations and we ended up having to pay more at the hotel with new reservations. Staff didn't even accommodate the amount that was qouted and went on to stay the rooms are actually worth $300-$500 a night. Never in my life I would waste my money on something so cheap.

This was a wonderful hotel, the room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I loved staying somewhere with so many amenities, the pool, hot tub, restaurants and spa were amazing. The only thing I wish our room had was a microwave.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and quiet. We ordered coffee and breakfast from the Starbucks counter in the lobby and it’s definitely not Starbucks coffee and breakfast sandwiches. When we tried to exchange a pastry because it tasted off, the staff was very rude about it.

Loved our visit but were very disappointed in the Valentine dinner. The drinks had no taste and the entrees were not edible they tasted awful. The soup was good and the salad was good but $16.00 for a little salad, yikes would not eat there again

This is a huge property that is suffering like so many others similar to it. Needs maintenance and attention to detail. Several non-working light bulbs, shredded fabric patio dividers, non-matching and dirty patio furniture, ripped and faded screen doors. These things become frustrating and insulting to a guest who is asked to pay their advertised price along with a steep resort fee. Front desk staff was AWESOME, management could step it up!

Wow, I travel for work every week and I've never interacted with a staff as rude and unconcerned as them. I mistakenly booked the wrong date and tried to correct it immediately with Hotels.com online, then by calling. The Hilton Inverness would NOT work with Hotels.com stating it was a third party and not their problem. On top they could not have been more rude. Will NEVER stay at that property again, and frankly has made me re-think Hotels.com. Worst hotel booking experience in my 20 yrs of business travel.
