Traveling road show Denver edition

Overall the place was a wonderful place for convenience for where we needed to get. We had a wonderful time but the place was more set up for drinkers if anything. There’s some things lacking that if addressed could definitely make a huge difference like the theater chairs working properly and utensils . The chairs at the bar especially if people are drinking there’s going to be an accident. Hot tub was great!! The 420 station was really lacking. To be advertised as a 420 house would really recommend a true smoker set it up but overall it was delightful. With a few changes it can be as advertised.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!

The house was exactly as pictured, with plenty of room for another family to have joined us. The water was hot, the heating and cooling systems came on in an instant, there were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided the property as well as garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. The backyard was spacious. We used the fire pit and the jacuzzi. Both worked great. We enjoy the video games, pinball machine, and pool table very much. The host was VERY responsive to any communication from the group. Check in and out were easy and my security deposited was refunded earlier than expected! The house was remarkably clean and the beds were super comfy! There was even extra blankets and pillows in the closet. This house was in a quiet neighborhood close to all major attractions. We will definitely be back again!

Great stay

This property worked great for our guys trip allowing us to get to downtown Denver, Red Rocks, and various hiking areas with relative ease. Plenty of room in the house for our group of six and we enjoyed downtime in the backyard as well as the basement theater room. Excellent communication from the property owner prior to check in and throughout the trip.

Denver family vacation

This house was in a nice neighborhood close to many restaurants, grocery stores and main highways. There were a ton of activities in the house including video games, old school arcade games, a hot tub and a movie theatre which the kids loved. There was a ton of room and bathrooms for our family of 11.

Excellent Party Spot

Went for a bachelor party, had 12 guys and were able to make it work all in one spot! Was very centrally located to all the outdoor activities that we wanted to do while we were there!

A surprising property

We were a group of three families and another couple who had just attended a wedding and wanted somewhere to be together for a few days afterwards. The property is surprising in a couple of ways - we hadn't focused on the 420 friendly aspect, but we put away the paraphernalia when we arrived so that didn't bother us. Amazingly, from the outside the house looks tiny - but three of the bedrooms and the games room are in the basement and the entertainment area in the back is very private and nice. The place is clean and the beds were VERY comfortable.

Service Trip Week w/Teens

Great place for teens and family. Plenty of board games on site, frisbee golf in backyard. Big TV screens for streaming movies and sporting events. Loved the theatre room and pool table. Manager was very accommodating to remove 420 items, since we are non-smokers. Visitors will need to stock any pantry items: salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, etc. There was coffee and filters. Plenty of bath towels, plates, flatware. Washer/dryer works great, we gave that a workout. Smart use of space, was able to sleep 13 comfortably. Thanks for great visit!

The Best Experience

Awesome house with great amenities. Hot tub was awesome. Theatre was great. We had a two year old all the way to a 67 year old and the house had something for all of us. Nice location too.!!!

Great house for relaxing after dealing with a funeral.

House was great super nice to be able to smoke. And have what we needed to smoke. We had a few notes that could make it better some hooks in the bathroom for towels. A Spong or wash cloth in the kitchen. Front door need some help. The last night Internet went out and with it your heat for the house. We would rent it again if back in Denver area. Thank you it was great.

Exactly as advertised

This property is exactly as advertised. Everything worked and was clean. There was a ton of small perks to this home, but just read the listing for those. Check-in and out was simple. Electronic door lock. House rules were standard. The beds are a tad squeeky. Our only real complaint would be the hardwood are squeeky and can be very slippery in just socks. Fun house, we would definitely rent again

Rooms galore

We were in the area for a family wedding and needed a place for four families and children ages infant to teens. This was a great find and spacious for all our needs. We weren’t the typical “party” group this property probably has, but the property manager was available and reached out to us upon arriving and through out our time there to ensure our stay was going well. Lovely, quite neighborhood.

Nice Stay, Great Theater

So fun!

Decent beds, clean hot tub, fun theater area. Loved the arcade machine! Easy to plug in your own laptop for media in any room. Definitely using for another getaway!
