"The check in lady was super nice. The other staff especially the security lady needs to learn how to approach people. My husband came out of the room and the lady automatically thought he was going to smoke a cigarette and started rudely saying you can’t smoke here. I told her he wasn’t smoking and she said watch your mouth before I throw you out of here. My husband and I were so offended we ended up checking out by 11:50 pm She was too busy patrolling ppl smoking instead of worrying about the 12 men that checked into the room next to us making so much loud noise wit woke us up. The lady treated us as if that was our only place to go by threatening to kick us out."

"We really liked this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The only thing (which we let the front desk know about when we left) is that the safe in our room didn’t work. The only recommendation we would suggest overall is this: since there is no cleaning service unless you stay for 2 nights, why not install another towel rack in the spacious bathroom so that 2 people can dry their towels for second-day use? There is only one towel bar that can fit the bill. Yet there is plenty of space in the master bath to have another towel rack. A simple thing, but would go a long way to encourage the use of towels for more than one day."

NOPSI Hotel, New Orleans

"We stayed at the NOPSI Hotel New Orleans for our daughter’s graduation. We had previously stayed for Jazz Fest and again four years ago when she prepared to attend Tulane, and for years it was our go-to. Our recent experience was deeply disappointing. We stayed on the ninth floor in room 904 with two queen beds. The mattresses were in extremely poor condition and appeared never to have been replaced; both beds were significantly concave, making it feel unstable to lie down. We spoke with front desk about solutions. Sean McClarty, the front desk supervisor, went above and beyond, but there were limited options. Housekeeping advised mattress change or rotation was not possible. My wife and I rotated the mattresses ourselves and found dirty underwear under one mattress, which we reported to the front desk. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. On several days, after returning around 4:00–5:00 p.m., the room had not been cleaned, and at times it was not cleaned at all. On checking in, we noticed the room only had one pair of guest slippers despite requesting a second pair for a five-day stay; upon checkout, we were told the hotel was out due to limited availability. Complimentary lobby coffee, previously offered, is no longer available. We recognize and appreciate staff efforts.Kevin (Bellman/Welcome Ambassador) was especially kin…but the mattress and housekeeping issues made this our worst hotel experience. We hope these concerns cnn be addressed."

"The included breakfast and dinner was great, so convenient to just go down and eat, we didn't have to hunt down restaurant every morning and evening"

"The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were small. There Queen beds were more like full size beds. We were told they did not have king size beds, but mine was comfortable to be there version of a queen bed."
