"This was by far the best stay ever. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. But the Excellency goes out to the staff two in particular, Dakota at the front desk and Monique. These two people had the best personalities and overall performance, and made me and my husband feel like we were literally family. Whenever we visit New Orleans again the Jung will be our stay. We made new friends in the staff there. They are beyond amazing. There are no words of how we can describe their overwhelming hospitality. Thank you Dakota and Monique we will be back!"

"I had a layover on the train and the location was great. It was very close to the train station. It was also close to the French quarter. I was able to walk there which I didn’t mind. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again. "
