"I was disappointed that the room did not have a phone. I had questions and had to go down to the front desk. We got in the room and temp was good. We go to bed and we wake up 2 hrs freezing, so bad that I had the shakes. The beds didn’t have a blanket or comforter. I turn the air off and was to tired after driving 7 hrs to get there and I wasn’t able to go to front desk and get a blanket and ask why there isn’t a spare blanket in the closet.I would have called for on if I had a phone. I checked out first thing in the morning. "

"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful.We cruise out of New Orleans often and we always stay here the night before we cruise out of N,O, only about 30 min. away.Breakfast was very good,and we always like to eat at China Dragon buffet just down the road from the Hotel the night before."
