“When I arrived to check in, I was handed my rooms key and told, "we have overbooked and as far as rooms go, you get what you get." I had prepaid for a king bed room. I received a double bed room. When I pressed the issue, I was told there were other hotels nearby if I wasn't going to take what I was given. I then asked about a late checkout. I was quickly told that would not be an option even though I had spoken to someone two days prior about it and they said it was something they could easily……

“There was a bar of soap used in the bathroom that was use from the prior guest. This was the hotel soap and pieces of the soap was found in the shower. It made me question how clean the bathroom was. ”
