“I stayed at this hotel for four days, and this is my second review. In my first review, I gave the highest grades because the front desk staff during my initial check‑in were excellent. Unfortunately, my second check‑in was handled by a staff member with noticeably poorer manners, and the shower fixture in my bathroom was also falling apart. I hope these issues are just individual cases, as the hotel does have good potential when service is consistent.”

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
