It was a nice place to stay. It could have been a little cleaner. The corners and baseboards were dirty but passable. All in all clean and friendly

We had trouble figuring out how to turn on the TV. It had to be “reset” so the clerk at the front desk came and did that for us. Also, had difficulty regulating room temperature, so we were too hot all night. Room and service were great. We will DEFINITELY stay there again.

Wonderful hotel
Very friendly staff! Room was clean and the bathroom was huge. The pool was a little small but my son had so much fun playing in it. It was never crowded at all. It is a great location. You're within walking distance of a gas station and coffee plus plenty of restaurants. You're within driving distance of any major retail store. And it was only a 20 min drive to get to the zoo or Adventureland, not bad at all. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was conveniently located close to I-35 and the facility was in good shape overall. Friendly/courteous staff and the breakfast area was clean, tidy and a nice variety of items were available. Overall a very good stay, although we did not get our room cleaned/refreshed one day even though we had requested early that AM. When notified late that afternoon (upon returning to the hotel) we were told they were not able to get to it because of the large number of rooms to turnaround. They immediately brought fresh towels and shower supplies.
