From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I stayed for four days, and my room was cleaned and organized daily, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of some of the most popular tourist attractions, including the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. There are also convenient bus stops nearby. I even took the bus to T-Mobile Park with ease. While there were a few homeless in the surrounding area. They were not too bothersome, but you should still take precaution. There were 2 homeless that tried approaching me on my walk to Pike. The hotel also provides security on-site starting at 11 p.m. Overall, it’s a great hotel with wonderful staff. I will definitely be booking another stay here in the future!"
