I did enjoy flying with Alaska airlines

My wife needed emergency care, and the staff was ready and well trained. We were met by a response team on landing and ushered off the plane first. They took good care of both of us.

Ridiculously tiny seat. No legroom. Tray table down would not allow me to fit in the seat. I'm not a big guy. 6 ft 180 lbs. These seats are for very little people. Under 5ft and under 110 lbs.

Not happy with seat assignment

I think Alaska's Group boarding stinks. Overall they're better than other mainstream airlines but Southwest is still the best in my opinion.

Thank you flight attendant who got me Biscoff instead of pretzels. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Somehow I did not get the information that one bag could be checked free. So we just did carry-on. I would’ve liked to have had the opportunity to select the seat. Each leg of the trip was either over the wing or at the very back of the plane

Frontier is a no frills airline. Their prices are generally lower than the other airlines, however they do charge extra for everything. It was a comfortable flight.

This was absolutely one of the best experiences out of all Delta flights we have had today( last one out of three), this crew knows how to make their customers happy.
