"Great place to stay for cruises leaving from pier 66. Just know that cruisers have caught on to this place and check-in lines can be long. But worth it. They also have a system where they tell you they will text you when your room is ready. I would go back and check with them once in a while because I watched several people go double check ( including myself) and their room was actually ready. Did not receive a text."

"The best thing was they invested in a good comfortable bed & decent pillows. There were no amenities so I can’t rate them. The carpet was a little shabby but the hallways were wide & well lit. The a/c was a wall unit, pretty old school. The continental breakfast was ok, good waffles, egg patties, an assortment of bagels and juice & coffee. The hotel is very close to the airport & the wait for the shuttle was minimal."

"The rooms in the main tower are rather nice and updated. The rooms in the other wings definitely need some work. Overall a nice hotel with a good conference space. Very convenient to restaurants and basic needs shopping, which is good since the in-hotel food options are wildly expensive."
