Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
Great location next to Pioneer Square, and the ball parks. Staff was helpful and courteous.
Within walking distance to the Space Needle. Rooms are clean, but the hallways and the elevators need an update.
Great location, rooms were big and clean. We ate in the restaurant and had a wonderful waitress who provided excellent service. Did not get a chance to try out the pool and hot tub.
Good location has a shuttle to take to tourist sites and has Amazon go and spheres around corner stay away from toppot doughnuts though doughnuts weren't good coffee was jut ok hospitality was awful overall good decision booking this hotel
Great location close to the space needle clean, with very comfortable rooms.
Location very good because my wife has had knee replacement surgery on both knees, hence can’t walk too far. The distance to Pike Place Market was manageable. Plus, the hotel is classy on the inside, beautifully laid out.
Wonderful place within walking distance of all the good sites. Hotel offers coffee in the morning and craft beer at night for free.
Cleanliness, presentation, and staff friendliness.
