The room was smelly when we entered and it made all of our clothes smelly, even the ones in our suitcases. Double size beds just don't work for us. Would not stay here again.

Why check in early online if you still have to wait 20 minutes in line to check in, answer all the same questions, etc? The room was . . . okay. The AC was very humid, the shower floor was slicker than snot, and the lighting was worse than most locker rooms.

It was easy to get a shuttle to and from the places we needed to go. The in-person workers were very kind and courteous. (The person who answered our calls when trying to get a shuttle from the airport was not as helpful with information, nor as patient.) Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and easy walking distance to the light rail system. They offer a shuttle to and from the airport. It was a great place to spend the night before flying out the next morning. We were able to unload our bags at the hotel then return our rental car before flying out the next morning hassle free. The complementary breakfast was pretty good.

Avoid this Sleep Inn at all costs when visiting the Seattle area, especially when visiting with your family. I had the worst experience staying here and the staff were rude and not helpful at all. When I first arrived I noticed that this inn was not the nicest and was pretty old, but initially didn’t care much because I just needed a place to sleep while visiting Seattle. The first night was okay, we were able to check in and catch some sleep before heading out to explore Seattle with the kids. The second night is where the nightmare began, literally. In the middle of the night I was awaken by a single beep of a smoke alarm as it does when it’s battery is running low, it just beeped once so I wasn’t to concerned at this point and was able to fall back asleep. Then it gets worse. In the morning around 10AM the smoke alarm goes on full blast as if there is smoke detected. There was absolutely no smoke in the room, we have kids, and it seems to be the result of the failing battery beep heard the night before. I alert the staff of what is going on, the alarm stopped on its own after a little while and they say they will have maintenance take a look. We go out for the day and when we return it is evident that someone had been in our room to check on the smoke alarm. The smoke alarm is no longer beeping and everything seems fine. That night at 1AM the failing battery beep returns once again! This time the beep repeats itself every 20 seconds, I could not sleep, night ruined.

Very clean room and bathroom- great shower! The hotel itself was quiet but of course it’s right on hiway 99 so there’s traffic noise. I was not given the WiFi password but apparently you have to call 0 and get it. Why? I didn’t bother as I was only staying to sleep and leave the next morning.

Cons: check in process. Reserved a 2 bed room. Arrived and was given our keys. Went to the room…it was occupied. Had to drag our luggage back down to the lobby and explain. Had to wait while the staff figured out a room for us. This was at 2am!! We were exhausted. Got stuck with a 1 bed, 2 couch pullout for the night. Got a 2 bed room the next day. This really messed up our plans for the next day. Pros: Friendly staff, very clean in and around hotel, beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of clean towels. Would have given best scores possible if they hadn’t screwed up the check in.

Very close to the airport, easy free shuttle service and clean room! Everything you might need. Breakfast is included, however it opens and closes too early in the morning, by 9am there is nothing left. IHop shares the parking lot and could have some more issues with patrons at night. The area is great but I don’t trust it much at night. This is not a hotel issue. Light rail transport is very close and a cheap way to reach downtown Seattle. Would I stay again, yes!

Rooms were clean, quiet and very small. Booked through Expedia and was not made clear that while the airport shuttle is free, you must pay $20 a night to park your car while gone. The long-term parking is underground and locked, but altogether it's not worth the cost. Will go back to using my usual airport hotel which provides free shuttle AND parking.

The room smelled very badly like wet socks. We called the front desk to see if we could change rooms but was informed that they were sold out. They sent the security guard with a spray that fixed the problem for a couple of minutes. Since it was almost 3 am and my kids were exhausted after the flight we decided to stay. We sprayed the room with our own perfume but the smell in the room was very strong. In the morning we asked to leave our bags until after breakfast, the person charged us $2 per bag but had to be paid cash which seemed unusual to me. We were also told they had a shuttle that was $27 per person to take us to the cruise port. They told us it was a bargain because it would be almost $200 if we took an Uber, it was a lie. We paid $60 for 4 of us on an Uber. We will never stay in this hotel/motel ever again. Do not book, wish I could get my money back l.
