“Room was not clean whatsoever. My husband had to mop the floors using a wet towel and found old peoples hair that looked like it had been there for weeks. Extremely dirty floor. When asked to get housekeeping, they had forgotten and never did it. Housekeeping should be a daily task not when ASKED to clean the rooms. Unacceptable. However, the front desks were polite and the location of the hotel is in an excellent spot for the price. Hotel would be a 10/10 if it was CLEAN.”
