“From the initial warm greeting from the host s, this was a perfect stay! Cabin was one of the most well appointed places I’ve ever stayed- the furniture was comfortable and tasteful, kitchen had everything you could want or need, hot tub was immaculate!! The space itself was very thoughtfully laid out with attention to detail and I felt as though I was staying in a cozy home rather than a “rental property.” The unobstructed view of Puget Sound was enchanting! “The property was quiet and comfy. It was right on several bus & rail lines. There is a convenience store right next door that is well stocked but has limited hours. We used the bus lines to get around as we are not very mobile. The property is close to the top of the hill so walking is mostly a vertical challenge. “The term they use rustic at least our definition that we looked up, says in the mountains are back in nature which you are in a cabin on the side of a lake, but you’re in the middle of a town Covington and you have other cabins or neighbors a lot of people live full-time there you could throw a stone at and hit on either side. One thing I’ll mention that we missed. I guess it’s it’s it’s in there but we sure didn’t see it. It’s not highly advertised. There’s no shower or bathtub.. do you wanna……

“Very clean room. Very punctual and responsive property management company. The property is large and amenities close by. Mercer island is wooded and gorgeous; however, the streets are steep and hilly. Be advised that it isn’t a quick walk to the LRT station. It would probably take 30-40 minutes to walk to the station. The restaurant area is nice, but be advised lots of places close early (8-9pm) due to the islands primarily residential compliment.”
