Amazing experience
We had the absolute best time. The condo was perfect and the view was beautiful. The owners were so responsive, kind and helpful before I even got there, that we truly didn’t think they were real people. We will 100% be staying here again.

Amazing views of the water
Absolutely loved the property. It was exactly what we were looking for on our sisters trip. The view was breathtakingly beautiful off the slider balcony with the pool right there as well. The inside was also very nice. So convient to have everything you need all withen steps. We will definitely use this as a vacation stay again.

Superb location on the beach but set back far enough from the conveniences for a quiet experience. This property has a fabulous view and the owner is attentive and wants to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

This was a last minute birthday trip and glad we decided to book this condo. The condo was clean and well equipped for our weekend stay. The beach view was perfect. Being close to EVERYTHING was exactly what we want and it just made our trip even more better. The owner is so sweet and communication was smooth from the beginning to the end. This condo was beautiful and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gulf. Our host was unbelievable. She checked in on us multiple times to see if there was anything that we needed and asked us for suggestions for any kitchen gadgets that we use that weren’t there so she could buy them for the next time. I will definitely use this condo again when in Destin.

This property was amazing!!! Not only do you get clean and comfortable accommodations, but you get an amazing experience with breathtaking views. From having the convenience of a kitchen with full sized appliances and stocked with all of the pots, plates, and utensils you need, to having property owners who check-in regularly to make sure your stay is amazing - you get an unbeatable experience at a favorable price! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great Fall Break Trip
We had a wonderful time at the Pelican Beach Resort. The condo was great for our family of five. King bed was comfortable. Easy to get to and from the beach. Beautiful view from balcony. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival. Would stay at this condo again.

We stayed the week of October 2nd. Everything about the condo was excellent, the view of the beach, complex amenities, the cleanliness of the condo. The owner checked in with us throughout the stay and was great to work with. We will stay there again.

Great view, great property, great time!
Recently had the pleasure of staying at this property. To summarize, it was great. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The view cannot be beaten. The condo was clean, bright, well appointed and comfortable. The property was great, with three pools, two hot tubs, a beach bar, cafe and beach service. The vibe of the place was very casual and the guest services people were very nice. We will be going back here again, and recommend this property for you as well.

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our needs and what a great beach! My only complaint has nothing to do with the condo or the facilities. It’s with the the beach chair rental. I was ok paying the $200 plus in chair reservation but when the chair company doesn’t uphold their own rules it’s disappointing. “The use of personal beach equipment (including chairs, umbrellas, etc.) is allowed, but they cannot be placed in front of beach service setups. Personal beach equipment may be placed in back of setups and may not be left overnight”. However, 25 plus people put their own chairs in print of beach service set up and no one stopped them. I would of gladly saved my $200 if i knew this was the case. Th

Room was super clean, hosts checked in with us and were very responsive when we had questions. Even though it was a busy time the resort didn’t feel crowded. Will definitely try to stay again.

This was our 1st trip to Destin and we had a great time. Our condo was very clean and in a pretty good location. Only cons i can bring up has nothing to do with our room i didnt like the chair setup on the beach at pelican resort bo much room and they only allow you to setup personal chairs up behind rental chairs unlike all other condos ive stayed in and the 2nd was the young security officers working the guard shack when you pull in they alwere very rude and unprofessional but maybe that comes with age.The owner of the condo we rented was amazing very quick to answer questions and checked on us several times during our stay.

It was excellent having the property on the beach. The hot tub and pool was a nice amenity. however, the pool and hot tub was shut down for a day and a half. The public restrooms were closed for a day and a half. It was a clean beach. Room was nice and comfortable with amazing views of the beach. Sat on the outdoor patio daily. No sheets were available for the pull- out couch but it was still a nice room.

First trip to Destin
The property was spacious, immaculately clean, and filled to comforts. The owners even created custom artwork for the walls! Communication was prompt and easy with Espi. Really enjoyed the area and the fact that it's just a few steps to the beach really made things pleasant.
