    "Great location with small rooms."
The location of the hotel is right in all the action of a busy city... Shinjuku district of Tokyo. I hope there is a shuttle serviced by the hotel to the Shinjuku Station and the Tokyo Station. The rooms are very small. The beds are hard and the pillows are small, but the service of the staff made it up. Enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider using this hotel again.

"Great choice for hotel in the Tokyo area"
The hotel was wonderful! Granted, the hotel room was quite cramped and small but overall, the hotel was very clean, sophisticated, and convenient. They also have a laundry area where detergent and softener is already included. The fact that they also have a Limousine bus that goes straight to Narita airport is a huge plus!!!

    "Great Accessibilty; Not So Luxurious"
In a city where you are usually spoilt with spacious rooms and suites, even in the most prime locations, the rooms in the Grand Hyatt veers slightly on the small side. Couple that with synthetically patterned stone tiles in the foyer and bathroom and the room would seem to be in a tighter city in a lower tiered hotel. While most of the room was relatively clean, I can't help but to point out some points of concern. Firstly, there was a dead cockroach at the foyer in one of my rooms. Secondly, there were multiple stains on carpet. The printed bathroom tiles are very disappointing aesthetically. A complete waste of perfectly good stone that would've looked much better in its natural state. The beds were also not particularly comfortable. While there were these drawbacks, there were plenty of redeeming factors too. The hotel is extremely convenient, and is practically weather proof. There is shelter all the way from the hotel to the BTS station and the covered walk way that stretches all the way to Siam. The facilities were also great, with a nice outdoor pool and spa facilities (hot tub, cold plunge pool, sauna, and steamroom). Service throughout the hotel is commendable. Staff were warm and personable. Service was proficient; amenities we requested for never took more than 10 minutes. We had the buffet dinner at The Dining Room which was excellent. Overall, an excellent hotel for practical and business travelers who places convenience and location above all else.

I booked a studio suite which included breakfast ....the room was large, great spacious bathroom with amenities. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced, the selection was enormous, from fruit to cold cuts, yoghurts, waffles, pancakes, eggs in all varieties, asian noodles, soups etc etc..... very very good and the chefs prepared everything with a smile!

Had a 2-night stay in Bangkok, so decided to stay in a nice hotel. Location is good near a subway stop. Room was really nice and comfortable -- great bedding and amenities. Really nice breakfast. Pool is a bit small, but nice. Staff was courteous and professional.

    "All Over"
Nice and close to the beach and plenty of activities to do. Pool was nice and clean, however it was extremely frustrating that people put their towels on chairs very early in the morning and don't use the chairs. There were many people lying on the grass , with chairs all round that were not being used, but had been "reserved" with their towel on it. We found it a little expensive compared to eating in Legian beach, but overall a lovely nice hotel.
