“The bartender Eddie saved the day. He’s the pool bartender. The food nor the beach did it for us. We checked out 2 days earlier. Although it was nonrefundable we chose to leave and enjoy the city. The sea grass swarmed the beach. It was so smelly I couldn’t smell my perfume daily. For the price we paid the food wasn’t good at all. The best thing on the menu was the cheese burger. Didn’t receive a welcome drink or hot towel. Very disappointing ”

“The pool and hotel is nice. The shower drain was clogged and the coffee machine didn’t work. Other than those minor issues it is a nice place. The rooms are very clean and good so.”

“Great stay overall! The hotel is perfectly located — about 20 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to Secret Beach, making it easy to explore while still enjoying some peace and quiet. The pool area is beautiful and a great place to relax after a day of adventures. Being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown made the stay feel calm and refreshing. The food and drinks were very good, though definitely on the expensive side. Worth it for convenience and quality, but something to keep in……

“ First off, the staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful, accommodating and relaxed. We enjoyed having our own little bungalow. We did not get or need air conditioning. As the two ceiling fans and open windows kept it comfortable. The living room, bedroom and bathroom were all clean. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker (provided by asking) all worked great. There was also a couple of plates, bowls, silverware and dish soap to clean with. Making it easy not to have to go out to eat when……

“The room and property is actually very nice but you can’t get in the water cause it’s seaweed or whatever it is all in the water it’s make the whole area stink so bad also the staff could’ve of been a little more helpful and they need to tighten up on a few other things cause the place only been open for a few years swim up bar not done yet it’s a few other things but ”
