“Our stay at Sleeping Giant was perfect! The grounds and location are beautiful. The staff are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed 2 different excursions provided by their concierge service. Josh was wonderful. We biked and swam in the crystal clear river. The restaurants were top notch and accommodated our vegan/celiac-free friend. We got to hear the Howler monkeys right outside our mountain view room!”

“I can’t stay enough good things about our stay at Villa Massis! It was slow season so it was so quiet and secluded and felt like we were VIP with the place to ourselves! Beautiful grounds and felt like a true jungle oasis! The rooms were perfect with all the needed amenities and nice artwork. I loved the separate living room space which was perfect to accommodate our 1 year old’s pack and play. We did the pontoon boat tour with them which was an all day tour and some of the most incredible and……

“Like many eco lodges in the area, rooms are basically screened-in porchs with adjustable shutters - perfect for the setting, but very exposed. So, I get up at 2:30am for a routine bathroom visit, and let me add the (surprisingly relevant) detail that it was the quick and quiet #1 variety. Just as I was back in bed turning off the light, someone in the dark just outside my window asked 'Are you alright?'. Startled, at first I assumed this was a conversation between 2 people coincidentally on……
