“The best available hotel in Marysville. Very nice and pretty design. Well-maintained and very helpful staff. The car park is a little bit off the hotel entrance but it's acceptable walking distance. Average buffet breakfast with limited of choices but the price is very rasonable.”

“I Wouldn’t say it would be an issue to other people but, being told about the water is brown due to the rainforest conditions 30m before arrival made us questions ourselves especially it not being advertised on the website and on the booking/checkin instructions, we hesitated to drink water from the tap and were only given 2 water bottles which made the situation more dire, place was ok for clean the dinning chair pillows were stained and smelly, the carpet had a decently sized stain and was……

“We asked for a ground floor room, were told we would be given one, and were put in a second floor room. The external stairs to the room were steep and not at all recommended for anyone suffering from knee issues. The room itself was fine, although there was no iron (which I only mention because I would've liked to use it, not a huge deal!). Microwave and fridge and crockery and utensils were great. The basin was outside the ensuite and doubled as the kitchen sink. It was quite large and perfect……
