“The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. The hotel was just few minutes walk to the supermarket and 10-20 min walk to the CBD and the University of Auckland. I found this……

“優點： 景觀極好，可以看到sky tower，除夕夜可在房間倒數（雖然看到的是sky tower 側面）缺點：淋浴間的熱水供應不是太穩定，即使是較冷水，還是出熱水來。”

“很美的湖景，整間套房很大，設備包括煮食工具都很齊全，有客廳，浴室有浴缸，像在家一樣。洗衣和乾衣機要與鄰房共用，也寫著有噪音管制晚上10時後不可使用。但整體都很好！”

“地點方便，去市中心好多景點步行可達，不過停車場收費高一些，要30紐元一個晚。在預訂時沒有注明是要收費。而且車位很少，夜了回來可能無位泊車。”
