"We arrived around 2.15 pm but room did not get ready until 3.30 pm. We went to Nextdoor Baci for lunch. The staff is nice, plenty of parking,rooms are spacious, free complementary pastries, and they provide water bottles. I would highly recommend staying here for budget friendly option. The management is very knowledgeable and professional "

"Everything was too-notch and clean. Location on the island is perfect - especially if you are willing to rent a car and visit the local beaches. Best reef and snorkeling - with equipment available for a small fee. The appliances were all new and they kept coffee and necessities well stocked. We would recommend this hotel for any visiting Turks and Caicos."

"let's start with the amazing staff from the cooks, servers, house keepers Gladys, employees on the beach. The cook Ironelys made us feel right at home apart from preparing delicious menu. Petrona, Abigal, Ms.Kay, Irene at the beach restaurant and cook Alex were attentive, and made us feel at home. Employees at the beach were very helpful. Nathanial was amazing and very polite. They made our first trip to West Bay Club unforgettable we are booking our trip again at West Bay Club."

We must thank the following staff that made our trip so special this time around: Nev and Alba (front desk) for making my husband’s birthday so special, Leslie for giving us such a warm welcome every morning at breakfast, Whitley for driving us in the shuttle to the beach, and David (or Daniel??) for making us such good pizza!
