"This is it! LOVE Villas is all you ever wanted in a vacation. The owners, Richard and Yohamna, have thought of literally everything! When they say, "all you need to bring is your swimsuit," they are NOT kidding. We found the villa to be delightfully secluded but could venture into busier areas within walking distance. Yohamna gave us a quick tour of the island after we landed and made recommendations for the must-do's. She was spot on! The Ridge Cafe, for example, did not disappoint... Ed and Amanda's food was outstanding to say the least. We were able to scuba right out in front of the property... when we weren't resting peacefully on the water in floats. Every amenity is provided. From beach-safe dishware to bug spray, paddle boards to fresh pineapple, LOVE Villas delivers. Yoshi, the caretaker, is as delightful as the scenery. When you picture a turquoise-watered trip, Grand Turk and LOVE Villas should pop into your mind! "

"We have rented dozens of VRBO properties. We have never received the level of service as we did at Love Villas.From airport pickup, island tour, stops to get supplies and getting us comfortable and familiar with our apartment (bottom floor) Richard and Joshi were unfailingly available, accommodating and genuinely invested in our stay."

"Blue Breeze is a very very nice vacation home! It’s much nicer than the pictures even. The view is gorgeous words and pictures can’t do it justice. The kitchen is very nice to cook in and is well stocked with seasonings and tools that you might need. It has a very nice gas grill on the back deck. Bathroom is updated. King bed. We had a great stay and would love to stay there again. Note, the island is home to donkeys, dogs , seagulls, horses,, and roosters that make noises. If that is a problem for you then go to another place for your vacation. We found it fun and enjoyed every bit of it. There are even wild flamingos on the north end. It’s an amazing place and Blue Breeze made it even more enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to book your stay. "

"This is a beautiful house on an incredible stretch of beach, with a great kitchen and a golf cart drive away from all the fun spots on Grand Turk. Highly recommend! "
"The location of this condo was perfect for us. It’s out of the way but with the island so small nothing is more than 10-15 minutes away. The condo was clean and our host was friendly and always responsive. The a/c is in the bedroom and works great for sleeping. We had no issues as the condo cools down in the evenings with the windows open. All appliances worked great and the gazebo was peaceful in the mornings. "
"This property is small and quiet. Best for couples or families who do not require entertainment or distractions. Serene, quaint, and clean little hotel with gorgeous ocean views. The staff is friendly and highly accommodating. Just a handful of people do all the work but do exceptionally well. Major and Crystal were two individuals who stood out during our trip serving us at the Bird Cage Bar and restaurant. We will be coming back."

"Our first visit to Turks & Caicos and we were uncertain of rolling the dice in favor of a smaller intimate experience in Grand Turk or in favor of the more expansive and developed Provo- we chose the former. Our 7 day trip was memorable- the property is amazing with a highly functional home on the beach and highlighted by the new pool. The kids (aged 14 - 20) had a terrific time. The intimacy of the island allowed for the 14 yr olds to safely and independently bike, and the solitude of the house and its beautiful setting allowed the 20 yr old to enjoy his space. The host, Joe, is amazing! Not only did he enable us to make our connection on the Provo-Grand Turk leg by calling in a favor with Caico Express, but he arranged for a nice dinner for us given the long day of travel from Boston. Joe was attentive throughout our stay and helped us connect with local tour providers and with restaurant reservations. As frequent vacationers, we have stayed in many rental properties and met many hosts- Joe’s attentiveness and attention to details and the beautiful property made this a truly memorable vacation for the family. "

"This listing is in contrary to the property. The cleanliness was poor and the house contained an odor.
Rodent droppings were visible in the sink and floor of the kitchen area and mold on the wall in the hallway, the toilet tissue provided was clearly old and dirty. Few roaches were running through the house.
Check in was posted as 3pm however I checked in at 5pm due to a late show from the host. There was no instructions by the host for check in and access to the property and the contact number provided by Expedia did not work.
Check out as per the Expedia is 1pm however listed on the wall within the home states 11am which also states that persons will be charged late fees
communicating with the host was very difficult and I had to resort to obtaining a contact number via local residents.
