I thought the staff was exceptional but I thought the rooms were in less than top notch condition, our shower needed calming, the carpet was frayed where it met the LVP flooring in the coffee area. It just looked like it needed to be updated.

The hotel itself was great. Comfy beds, clean, great breakfast and convenient location. With that being said.... we did not have any bath towels or shampoo in our room. They did bring those up fairly quickly after I called. They did have a water issue during our stay and turned the water off without notifying anyone including some of their staff members. That was a bummer for those of us that were mid-shower...... I wished they had made a bit more of an effort to accommodate during that time. At least an update or apology.

The hotel itself was amazing yet there was some kind of kids basketball tournament and they were running around causing hell making noise. I called the front desk and it still didn't stop.

Terrible Housekeeping
The front desk staff and the breakfast were amazing! The housekeeping staff was poor. Booked two rooms for two nights and asked to have the one room cleaned after the first night, never happened. Asked for fresh towels and more toilet tissue, never got it, had to go to the front desk and retrieve myself. I brought some glasses for drinks in our room and the cleaning crew took one of them, probably thinking it was one of theirs. Overall a nice hotel but housekeeping is terrible!

This hotel has a Great breakfast. What I didn't like was when they give you free drink coupons, they only can be used from 5:30 - 7:00 o'clock when the bar is open later.
