“We have a wonderful stay at Melanie’s cottage. It was a short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was super cozy and we loved that we could bring our dog. He had a blast at the beach and loved the small front yard. We are already planning our trip to Dewey for next year and we hope to stay here! ”

“Wonderful stay with grandparents, adult kids, and three toddlers. though the weather was colder than usual the heated pool was great! (Please realize you need to pay for the heat each day of your trip.) The outside seating area was wonderful for eating and hanging out. The owners left a cart with beach toys, and the many games and puzzles for all ages kept everyone entertained. We celebrated my aunts 92 birthday and she was so pleased with the ease of moving around freely without fear of falling, and the walk-in shower made it easy for her to get in and out without help. My family and I would definitely rent this home again! ”

“Exactly as advertised, beautiful and spacious 3 BR and 3 BA condo in the heart of Dewey Beach. Great location near the beach, restaurants and shops. Walk-out access to the pool deck and large swimming pool. Property managers were great to work with leading up to our stay and easily accessible throughout, although we really didn't need anything. We'll be back for sure. ”
