Not satisfied with my stay. They didn’t clean the room. We asked for towels never got them. Room was very cold. This place felt more like a motel. Didn’t feel safe.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. The thermostat would only cool down so many degrees and only heat up to certain level. The hot cooked breakfast was fantastic! The scrambled eggs were delicious. The hotel is right on the freeway, so we asked for a quiet room. Would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool and jacuzzi looked great, but we didn't get a chance to use them.

The property owners are rude. We had an issue checking in and instead of trying to help with the situation this lady yelled at us and proceeded to shame her employee since she had clicked something that she shouldn't have while checking us in. I felt so bad for the employee, I've stay here quite often and was didsapointed on how this lady treats the customers and employee.

It is a nice renovated hotel, with a great pool, a safe place, and walkable to a plaza that includes a market, coffee store, and other interesting places. The staff are great too.
