“So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again.”

“Staff was very helpful at check in. Clean rooms and pool area. Still finishing up a remodel so there's a work in progress on the outside property”

“When I arrived the front desk told me my reservation was canceled. When I asked for further clarification they told me that Expedia oversold the hotel and that they did not have the room I booked 4 months in advance. They then told me how busy the town is, how every hotel is sold out and how they have nothing but don’t worry they found me a nicer room that they’ll give me at a discount for my troubles. Only $60 more a night than my original reservation. It was the most obvious scam in my life.……

“Front desk staff was great however the rooms weren’t. Floors were dirty, bed had hair and black stuff on it, toilet seat was broken, sink was loose, and no soap provided for both our rooms.”

“The room furnishings were a bit threadbare and the breakfast eggs the first day were barely warm (bordering on cold). I opted to purchase breakfast nearby. The room was very short on usable outlets. This was my first stay at a Microtel so maybe that’s expected. Staff was helpful and welcoming, however.”

However the ice machine was not working on our floor and no one even worked on it while we were there for three nights. The remote on the tv worked only when it wanted to. The staff there were very friendly and busy.”

“When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night……

“The comforter was cuddly :). Front desk personnel were helpful and extremely kind. Laundry got done, breakfast was superb, hotel guests very quiet and plenty of hot water. Thank you!”
