Prairie Outpost Park Tours

When we arrived they had already given our room to someone else, so we had to wait around while they gave us a room even though we already paid. Then, the door wouldn’t open and we had to go back down. The kitchen in the suite had no utensils, dishes, or cooking materials. The floor had crumbs all over it and was clearly not well cleaned. There was some weird bandaid thing with a red substance on it stuck to the wall, and the water in the bathroom smelled terrible. The hallway also smelled really musty.

The check in was functional rather than friendly. The room was spacious and suitable for our needs. Breakfast was virtually non existent on both days of our stay with no hot food available and low stocks of bread, bagels etc. A slow oven was blamed for no eggs or sausages being available. If you advertise breakfast from 5am you would expect items to be available between 6:30-7am. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff were fantastic, Huge shout out to the lovely lady running the breakfast area she made everyone feel most welcomed. Pool was a delight on a beautiful summer day. Beds comfortable and rooms super clean.
