The apartment is opposite the Office du Tourisme and is in the heart of the town, only two minutes' walk from the beach. You can see the sea from the living room and kitchen. It is set just above street level, which gives privacy yet a feeling of being in the heart of the town. It has a pleasant atmosphere with its light, airy rooms and high ceilings. Easy transport links with ferry crossings from St. Malo to UK, Dinard airport 10 minutes' drive away, buses stop outside flat to Dinan, Rennes, St. Malo, St. Briac, and little ferry to St. Malo 5 minutes' walk away. Ideally situated for touring Brittany. Many cultural events at Dinard and St. Malo. Wide range of activities to choose from. Dinard golf course nearby at St. Briac.

Perfect family apartment
This is the third time we have stayed at this apartment in Dinard and it didn’t disappoint. Has everything you need and is within five minutes walk to the beach.

Charming little flat
Such a cute charming place in a brilliant position. It was really comfortable and well equipped. It was a little noisy from the restaurant underneath but not too bad and once winter comes diners won’t be outside . I really though it very charming

DINARD AT ITS BEST
This apartment is the ideal place for a holiday in Dinard: airy, spacious and warm when you want it. very well equiooed (wfii included !);centrally placed and a sea- view ! We were a couple of paces from the bus stops. From one we took the bus to and from Dinan; from the other along the coast to St Lunaire and St Briac and back. From our window we could see the half dozen or so restaurants we could choose from (we tried four and every one was the best !). Altogether a great stay - and only 10 minutes from the airport.

We had a marvellous time, as usual, relaxing at the charming seaside town of Dinard. Weather glorious, beaches deserted, wonderful walks, flat very comfortable and central for everything. Will come back.

Bien avec gros défaut d'isolation
Ann est agréable et communicante; elle est très arrangeante sur les horaires. Les instructions étaient claires et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le linge de maison est fourni et de qualité; L'emplacement est très central vraiment à 2 min de la plage de L'écluse et la rue commerçante ; cependant la chambre donne sur le boulevard principal et les fenêtres sont très anciennes plus aucun joint d'isolation; nous avions vraiment l'impression de dormir dehors; des rideaux occultants dans la chambre seraient aussi vraiment un plus car la lumière du jour cumulée avec le bruit il a été très difficile pour nous et les enfants de dormir en dehors de 1h/6h du matin C'est dommage car les oreillers et les lits sont bons! La décoration de l'appartement est comme sur les photos un peu désuète mais c'est OK et conforme. En revanche la cabine de douche est vétuste et nécessiterait au moins de changer les joints moisis et la gazinière et le four mériteraient un bon nettoyage ; je pense que le manque de plan de travail de la cuisine et le bric à brac des placards de cuisine peuvent compliquer la tâche d'une famille qui souhaiterait cuisiner et prendre tous ses repas à l'appartement.

Great vacation within walking distance of beautiful beaches
We had a great stay, and the appartment is as described. (Nevertheless we did miss a dishwasher) You don´t need a car and have everything within walking distance. As the apartment is really near the beach promenade, it was noisy especially on the weekend and on a public holiday- if it is not during the main season, it is probably more quiet. Ann is a very nice host, and she takes great care of the needs of her guests. We can recommend to come. Dinard is a very beautiful city and worth coming back.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Charakter
Wir haben die Tage in Dinard sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mit tollen großen Fenstern viel Licht und schön eingerichtet. Im Inserat steht Erdgeschosslage aber die Wohnung ist fast 1Obergeschoss. Niemand kann einsehen und man hat einen tollen Blick. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Charmant et bien situé
C'est un très agréable appartement en plein centre, la plage à 2 pas et tout le plaisir de séjourner en centre ville. Bien équipé et charmant avec sa déco "maison de famille". Propre et jolie cour d'entrée. Seul bémol, il faut accepter le bruit de la ville avec le restaurant juste en bas, mais tout à fait supportable.Très bon accueil de l'hôtesse. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Dinardaise d’un week-end
Appartement très facile d’accès, à 100m de la jolie plage de Dinard, au premier étage d’une maison qui a connu les Années Folles, d’où l’on aperçoit la mer. En face de l’office du Tourisme et à deux pas de tout ce que l’on vient chercher à Dinard. Une vraie maison accueillante, avec tout ce dont on a besoin, comme si nous étions chez chez amis. Internet ne fonctionne pas bien, ça va de soit et c’est un petit peu bruyant, puisqu’en plein centre, mais ça n’est pas si grave, car ceci compense cela chez Ann et mon séjour de trois jours fût très agréable ; je me sentais dinardaise.

Fantastische Wohnung am Strand
Wir haben unglaublich schöne fünf Tage im Appartement dieser stilvollen Villa erlebt. Zunächst ist die Lage unübertrefflich: im Hochparterre einer wunderbaren Villa gelegen sind es 5 Minuten zum Strand, 10 Minuten zu den Bootsablegern und 5 Minuten zum Bäcker und Supermarkt. Man kann das Auto kurz zum Auspacken in der Straße halten und es dann auf dem Großparkplatz am Markt kostenlos dauerparken- für den Aufenthalt in Dinard braucht man es nicht. Es handelt sich um eine echte Wohnung…als ob man bei Verwandschaft zu Besuch wäre. Alles ist echt eingerichtet, eine wunderbare Tapete, französische Balkone mit Fensterläden und viel Deko. Manches ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert perfekt. Mit der Matratze hatte einer von uns etwas Probleme, aber das ist Geschmackssache - und die Bettwäsche war wunderbar! In der Wohnung fanden wir tolle Tipps der Vermieterin - vom besten Bäcker bis zum Bootsausflug. Und zum Einchecken bekamen wir bereits vorab eine selten perfekte Gebrauchsanweisung für die Wohnung. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Mme Elms est extrêmement charmante et courtoise... mais cela ne fait pas tout. Hormis la literie et le linge de maison impeccable, le reste est décevant - en particulier l'état de la batterie de cuisine etc. Je n'ai pas trouvé cet appartement vieillot fonctionnel. Le linge (serviettes de toilette entre autres) a du mal à sécher... L'extérieur est bruyant... Bref très déçue

Volle Punktzahl
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Dinard ist im Vergleich zu St.Malo aus verschiedenen Gründen die bessere Wahl. Es ist nicht so eng bebaut und eher Urlaubsort, weil die touristischen Schwerpunkte dichter beieinander liegen. Man kann hervorragend mit einer in kurzen Abständen verkehrenden Fähre nach St.Malo übersetzen (Rückfahrkarte = 8,40€) und dort die Altstadt besuchen. Als Zubringer für die Jersey-Fähre passen die Abfahrzeiten der frühen Jersey-Fähre leider nicht, dies lasst sich besser mit dem Bus bzw. Auto organisieren. Dinard hat hervorragende Cafes, Restaurants und den regelmäßigen Wochenmarkt, den man besonders am Sonnabend nicht auslassen sollte. Der Rundweg oberhalb des Strandes ist hervorragend zum Spazierengehen geeignet und die Landschaft ändert sich alle paar Stunden mit dem Tidenwechsel. Der Strand ist ein Laufstrand, wie er an manchen Nordseestränden zu finden ist. Hier sammeln Einheimische bei Ebbe Meeresfrüchte und treiben Wassersport. Für die Selbstversorgung gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte, unter anderem auch einen Lidl. Auch beim Appartement um die Ecke befinden sich Supermarkt und verschiedene Bäckereien. Die Wohnung ist entgegen französischer Gewohnheit groß und vollständig eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist traditionell französisch. Im Schlafzimmer ein großes Doppelbett mit guten (Einzel-)Matratzen. Im Wohnzimmer eine separate, ausklappbare Schlafcouch. Einen Fernseher gibt es nicht, diesen haben wir aber auch nicht vermisst, weil es genug zu sehen und zu besuchen gibt. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. In der Küche fehlt nichts. Es gibt ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr, Gewürze, Putzmittel (und Blick in den kleinen Vorgarten). Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Vom Wohnzimmer hatten wir etwas Meerblick, der Strand ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, so auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie, Touristeninformation, Bushaltestelle, Wochenmarkt. Am Strand gibt es ein kostenloses Schwimmbecken, welches von der Flut gespeist wird. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe fuß läufig. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Frau Elms verschickt jede Menge Informationsmaterial und Insidertipps zum Ort. Falls wir wieder in diese Gegend wollen, werden wir diese Wohnung wieder mieten.
