"Outdated and not very clean."

"Had a nice long weekend stay at Holiday Inn Express Greentree. Room was clean, staff was attentive, the free breakfasts were good and we enjoyed the pool. This was our second time staying there and we will stay there again."

"We spent 3 discouraging nights here. The experience included 1 night in a room that had 2 chairs with disgusting stains. In addition the room lock never opened when using the key. The staff was courteous and kept reprogramming our keys, tried in vain to use them and then had to use a passkey every time we wanted to go in the room. They said that the key issue wasn't new and everyone knew about it. They moved us to another room for the next 2 nights. The only improvement was that the lock worked well. Unlike the first room, the second room had no lights by the beds. It appears that many rooms are occupied by long term individuals, many of whom unfortunately smoke in their rooms. The coffee service were a couple of pump dispensers placed by the front door from 7-9 am. This was a dissapointing experience."
