“The property was great for a short stay. The beds were comfy and the house was clean. We loved the backyard space. Lots of things nearby. Check-out was easy. The tiny room that was considered a 4th bedroom was too hot to sleep in and not really a bedroom but my daughter just slept in the big king bed with me. Glad we didn’t have any laundry to do because it was 1.50 per load per machine. We all enjoyed the property and our stay overall. ”

“We had the most amazing stay for our daughter’s UMiami graduation with our family. Not only is the home even more beautiful than the pictures (and perfect for spending quality time together in the fabulous indoor and outdoor common areas), but the owner thinks of absolutely every possible detail in providing for and anticipating every need her guests may have - so above and beyond, including incredibly proactive and helpful communication prior to and during our stay. Highly Recommend!!!”

“The house was just as it is in photos, maybe even better. The neighborhood was filled with well manicured yards. It was conveniently located near most of Miami. The showers are a bit tricky, but everything in the house was modern and so nice.”

“This property was incredibly disappointing. From the check-in communication including typos, to the house itself. It was a flipped project, done sloppily, and not suitable for anyone who intends to use the kitchen. While the bathroom and bedrooms were functional and comfortable, the entire house had outlets that were falling out, faucets that were not tightened, appliances that did not work, and a range of other issues. When we showed up the first day, there were no pots, baking sheets, cutting……

“The hosts were wonderful, greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and answered our questions. We were there for a family get together and the layout of the house and yard allowed us to eat and visit together, but also to have some private space. The neighborhood was nice to walk in and the pool was a refreshing respite from the summer heat. Some of our family are runners and they enjoyed the trails on Key Biscayne. It was just what we needed. Thank you.”

“Location:We came to town for a family reunion in the area. We were happy with the location, due to its vicinity to our event. But we were beyond pleased with the centrality of the home! Less than a 5-minute walk got us to breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted to stay in. Otherwise, it was a short 4-5 minute taxi to hot spots in Little Havana or Brickell nightlife!Home:Brand new remodel, with all the bells and whistles. Top to bottom, every room is top notch, with modern decor and amenities.……

“This house was perfect for our weekend at Ultra Music Festival! It’s a short Uber from Miami International Airport, the beach, and Bayfront park. The house itself is really nice. It’s modern looking, has plenty of room, and has several air mattresses. I also really appreciated how fast the host would respond to any questions. Would definitely stay her again if I was to come to Miami again. ”
