“When I arrived for the first night of my two-night stay, i was shocked to find that the door had a numeric key pad and I was not given the code. Apparently the host forgot to send the code, the front desk couldn't assist, so I eneded up sleeping in the car for the night. I tried calling and texting the host all night/early morning to no avail. The front desk also tried to contact the host over and over, to no avail. It wasn't until 7:48am the next morning when I received a simple message,...

“The king bed, desk and bathroom were comfortable and perfect for 2 people. The view was great and the level of communication from the property manager was superb. Just a few items could have been better- the temp of the shower water was not as hot as we like and the AC unit was a bit noisy. The fitness area was nice but the equipment needed some cleaning. ”

“This hotel is walking distance to the water (not a beach), a park, and a wonderful shopping and dining area - tons of options!Extra towels were available (even though we didn't use them). Beach towels would have been a bonus. We drove to the beach. Biscayne Bay is beautiful!Really appreciated the plates, cups and silverware in the room.
