“The staff was very nice and the common spaces in the hotel were clean and nicely kept. The breakfast was good. There are two reasons the hotel only earns three stars. First, the outlets in our bathroom did not work. It took two complaints to the front and over 24 hours from the first complaint to get it fixed. Second, the hotel cleans the rooms every other day, which sounds reasonable. However, our room was not cleaned during our stay Sat - Tuesday. Our two small trashcans were overflowing……

“Property inside was nice an looked like the pictures . Easy parking an super easy to check in an was even able to come early.. communication and responses isn't instant takes a while to get responses back, the outter looks of the property isn't the best an a little bit ghetto but the little community was nice and friendly.. inside the apartment doesn't reflect what the outside looks like. Beds were okay but water pressure in shower was horribly slow an weak.. I have long hair an took me 15 min……

“The service is terrible. The front desk is rude and not helpful. hotel accepts private events which create loud sound until midnight. the hotel manager will ask you to check out if you complain about the noise. I will never book this hotel again.”
