“The room I was given had not been cleaned after the last guest had checked out. The floor was sticky, as I had to peel my shoes off with every step; the showers had some sort of built-up residue; the counter tops/microwave were not cleaned, as they had gunk on them; and lastly, the sheets were used and crinkled, with a lovely toenail in the center. After I tried to get a refund, I was offered two different rooms with varying degrees of uncleanliness. I understandably did not accept either and……

“The service is terrible. The front desk is rude and not helpful. hotel accepts private events which create loud sound until midnight. the hotel manager will ask you to check out if you complain about the noise. I will never book this hotel again.”

“Enjoyed breakfast with choices of coffee, juices, breads, eggs, yogurt and cereal every morning. Good service shows up in how staff respond to issues that can come up from to time. our shower drain leaked and they changed us to another room so they can repair the leak without disturbing our guest experience. Thank you!!!”
