"Viaje en familia 4 habitaciones: En 2 la limpieza no era buena, en otra habitación las sabanas tenían unas pequeñas manchas de sangre y en mi habitación que estaba junto al cuarto donde las muchachas de limpieza se organizan, cada mañana hablando y riendo a carcajadas y eso me despertaba no me dejaron dormir bien! Los vasos de cristal no me los cambiaron y cuando lo hicieron solo los enjuagaron en el lavabo y quedaban las manchas de mis dedos. La caja de seguridad se bloqueo sola y me la abrieron una hora antes de dejar la habitación y eso que la reporte tres veces, ya la cuarta vez la señorita me dijo que no tenía ningún reporte que tenían muy mala comunicación en la administración. Pero el hotel es bueno y la comida es buena a excepción de estos detalles que en esta ocasión no me dejaron disfrutar del todo."
