Requested a king, got two doubles! Property is not well maintained. All light fixtures in hallways were damaged, roof tiles falling out, and vent covers falling off the walls. At least on floor 8. No pressure in the shower. Stained carpet and chairs. Just an overall dirty building

It was so close to downtown-5 minute walk. Hotel was very nice- room was spacious, shower was heavenly! Live music with appetizers every day at 4 was a welcome treat. And the full course breakfasts were amazing!! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was good. Staff uninformed and got different answers to the same questions. Overall the place was dirty and not well maintained. Serves its purpose as far as location. Thats about it.

The location of this hotel is very good in relation to the Broadway strip. It was within a 15 min walk of everything that we wanted to see. Once we checked into our room, we noticed that there was no shower curtain. I reported this to the front desk and someone came up in about 15 min. She came into the room, installed the curtain and then just walked out without an apology or a confirmation that it was done. The lobby/main entrance area was clean and organized with live music each day. Once you got up to the room floors, the attention to cleanliness definitely went down. The hallways always seemed to have paper or food waste on them and were in need of a vacuum. On one of the days, we had a series of brown stains on the floor outside of the elevator, there were foot prints that led into the maintenance area. It took almost the entire day before this was cleaned. Along with all of this, there was construction taking place next door, which happened to be right outside of our window. The noise started sharp each day at 7:00 am. This hotel could have done better, considering that the rates had been increased due to a concert being in town. There are many other hotels in the area, charging similar pricing that are much better options.

The specific point about the swift but impersonal handling of the shower curtain will definitely be communicated as a room for improvement in guest interaction.We understand that construction noise can be bothersome and we sincerely appreciate your patience during this unavoidable external influence. As for the pricing, it is common for rates to fluctuate in conjunction with local events, although we try to remain competitive.We bear in mind your final words concerning other hotel options in the area. Our aim is to be your number one choice by improving the areas you've noted. Thank you again, your feedback is extremely valuable to us.

I did not like that you had to pay for parking, but I will say the valet people were on it. So sweet and helpful you have a good set of guys there. Staff was friendly and front desk was awesome. Breakfast was good and the appetizers were not bad. Loved that you could walk to downtown to all the bars. Will recommend.

Great location and breakfast . Loved the entertainment from 4-7. Hotel should provide water. 24 hrs a day as the other hotels do. Also found 3 live roaches in the lobby which would deter me from staying there again. The staff at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming.

We liked the AM breakfast and the walking convenience to the bars & sights. Very safe to walk everywhere. That said, we came back to hotel at 10 PM after being out since 7 AM to find our room door OPEN a few inches. Front desk suggested we might have not closed it! Bed had been made so it was definitely staff issue and nothing was missing but not handled as expected. Pool is CLOSED till temps above 70 - not mentioned on Expedia. Room had a few issues - one that had to be resolved by maintenance which housekeeping should have notices & reported.
