HEATING & COOLING
Wisteria features ducted heating & cooling throughout the house, including in all four bedrooms. Underfloor heating is featured in the main living area and the rumpus room. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 have been equipped with ceiling fans. The home has also been appointed with both a wood and gas fireplace.

Spend the day at Taronga Western Plains Zoo (6 mins), the perfect family outing to get up close and personal with some of the world's rarest animals through encounters, zookeeper talks, and tours. Don't forget to bring your swimmers as the children will adore the waterpark whilst the parents sit close nearby at the Zoo Cafe & Bar! Soak up the sun at the mesmerising Botanic Gardens with its traditional Shoyoen Japanese Garden and the much-loved Adventure Playground.

Venture over to the Dubbo Golf Club's "The Fairways Asian Restaurant" to experience one of Dubbo's finest culinary gems, overlooking the serene course and complemented with wildlife views. Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items at an extra fee to make your stay even better! Fireplace: This property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
