“The room was fine and there is parking for trucks/trailers and it is close to a Royal Blue trail entrance. My only complaint was the room keys. Everyone in our party had the same issues. The keys deactivated after you use them one or two times. We were continually having to go back to the front desk to get keys reactivated. It was frustrating when coming in from riding you’re dirty, tired, and ready to take a shower, and you had to go back to the front desk yet again for another key activation .”

“The room was filthy and had bugs on the ceiling. Lots of mold in shower. Gave us a creepy feeling. I would have given it a zero if I could have. Don’t stay here!!!”

“Check in was very easy amazing little place. Loved the mornings going out to the porch and hearing the birds chirping. Definitely coming back and staying again ”

“Roaches everywhere,and don't even let me get started on the bed bugs! Woman at front desk would not switch me rooms when I told her there was pepperoni pizza all over the chair and the floor was unreal with food crumbs all over the place she would not change me rooms then I got back to the room that's when I saw all the roaches coming out of the phones and the TV the dresser and then the bed bugs went back down around third shift and that guy was very nice and helpful and he traded me rooms but……

“I inquired about another stay and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. I bought a microwave meal that night and it was very good. The lighting in the bathroom and the room was very awesome.”

“Perfect for quick night’s stay. Clean, quiet, and convenient to LMU and Cumberland Gap Park. The continental breakfast was basic but good- I only eat light breakfast always. People were very nice.”

“The best thing about this hotel is the location. It sits by itself up on a hill with trees all around; away from the highway, very scenic and quiet. Nice artwork, lots of room space with separate sitting area. Clean, comfortable. There was some mold in the shower. The door handle malfunctioned so it was hard to open the door every time with the key card. No freezer in the refrigerator. The worst thing was there were no teabags for 2 days at the breakfast. As a tea drinker, I don't want……

“This place was so peaceful. The country setting with the farm across the road was beautiful. The cottage was very clean and the host got right back intouch with me when I sent a message. I would definitely stay here again”
