Service was excellent. All of the employees that we encountered were very helpful and attentive. However, I wasn’t impressed with the location, the whole system for valet parking was really odd where you had to wait in the restaurant to get the car. I understand Toronto is a big city with traffic issues but we have never stayed at another Toronto hotel like that. The room was small and the hotel overall just looked like a remodeled holiday inn. Nothing luxurious or special like the ritz or Shangri la although it was just as expensive. I really had higher hopes for this place.

Perfect location for going to the Roger’s centre or Scotiabank arena. The key boxes were a little tricky to find without the help of security on site if you go in the front door.

Beautiful building, nice apartment, fantastic location. Would totally stay there again, but it was a lot of money, and there were a few things that could have been a bit nicer when you’re paying almost $300/night. That being said we really enjoyed our week thank you!

Everything was as advertised and expected, seamless process to get the key and clear instructions. Good an fast communication through email.

Very convenient and affordable property. Check-in, deposit process was a little bit complicated. Otherwise great stay.
