The kitchen is quipped with everything you need for a home cooked meal except the food! Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while viewing the lush, landscaped yard and walnut orchard. Located 5 miles south of Chico you are close enough to the fun but far enough to enjoy the peace. There are three area wineries and numerous dining experiences. Also not too far away is Bidwell Park, Chico State, Enloe Medical Center, Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, Gateway Science Museum, Downtown Chico and Oroville Lake. Easy access to the bike path into Chico.
