Breakfast should have scrambled eggs in the baffet. Rediculous to say ever since Covid we can’t have that. Then you have to buy a breakfast to order for more money. Pillows were flat. Thin toilet paper. Nice location overlooking the Boise River with a beautiful walking area. Refrigerator is enclosed in a cabinet that got hot.

This hotel is the perfect escape from the big city. It offers views of the river and direct access to the water. Additionally, there are a variety of excellent cuisine options available to choose from. You can also take a stroll or energizing jog along the Greenbelt. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are warm and welcoming.

Peaceful location
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Nicely tucked away by the Boise River. Restaurants and movie theater close by. A very nice get-a-way.

The room was very comfortable. It was located right next to an adequate gym and indoor pool. There was an excellent restaurant, right on the property. My only complaint was that my stay was too short.

For the prices that you charge for this property, it is a so so hotel. Nothing fancy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the breakfast which is not free was just bad, even the coffee was cold! The staff is very friendly, but it does not have the upscale feel that the price should give its customers. I believe that since you are the only hotel in this general area, you are jacking up the prices.

The stay was perfect from beginning to end. Got there early and front desk asked cleaners to get on it and then called me when it was done. Every staff member was friendly and service minded. Room was clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend a hotel more. I don’t know how anyone doesn’t rate this a 10 of 10

Thin walls but nice place
Nice place to stay. I enjoyed the balcony and the river view. Room was nice and comfy. The only bad is the walls are thin. I could hear people above and next to us.

The stay was great but there was a whole miscommunication on how you’re able to pay. When I spoke to customer service at the hotel they said I could pay cash. When I got there they needed me to pay all of it on card. There is no cash option. I didn’t have a card on my and so my bridesmaid, as I was getting married, ended up paying it. I loved the hotel otherwise!
