“Easy access to the property, excellent instructions and communication. The bathroom fan didn't work and the HVAC intake register was packed with dust... other than those two items, the place was clean and a FANTASTIC place to stay, it is in a great location, parking was easy, and all the building amenities/facilities were wonderful~ would definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“Upon arrival, we were unable to access the property using the entry code provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host, we received no response until the following day. As a result, we were forced to secure last-minute accommodations at a local hotel around 10 p.m., which was both stressful and inconvenient.While VRBO has since issued a full refund for the original booking, I am now required to go through an additional process to recover the unexpected hotel expenses. “This was a really nice property in many ways. The remodeled kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. Maria was very helpful, including dropping off some batteries for the TV remote. The downside for us and reason we would not stay here again is traffic noise. King Street is a pretty quiet little street. But there is a very busy main road just 2 blocks away. We could hear traffic in the night and especially during rush hour.”
