“Stay was very clean and place was really nice. The host was also really nice and communication with them was really easy! Loved the stay, and I would definitely stay again. "I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms available. Why couldn't I book another room? If there were no rooms available, please don't post them online. Later, they arranged a different room for me, but the price was different. The difference was more than 30 yuan. I asked him to make up for the difference, but he said no. Sure, I'm very disappointed with this hotel ，I hope to receive fair treatment. Thank you"
