For the weekend we were in Medford, this was one of the few hotels that had rooms available and it was the cheapest. That was almost exclusively the basis for our decision. The continental breakfast was subpar. But if you're good with juice, a banana, some yogurt, and stale cereal oh, then maybe it's okay. But as far as hot options they were not very satisfying at all. And the coffee was very watery so I didn't really drink any. The hotel staff were very friendly and respectful and attentive. If all you want is a place to shower and lay down, the beds were clean and comfortable can the microwave and refrigerator in the room were more than adequate. I did enjoy the hot tub one day and it was very nice. But surrounding the hotel is a park that is loaded with homeless people and drugs and verbal arguments in the evening. I definitely would not trust any non adult go out to the car in the parking lot at night alone. On two separate occasions I went walking to a local restaurant for dinner and both times I was able to pick up and discard used hypodermic needles from the local druggies. I did not have to look very hard at all. If I were in a similar situation and I needed a place to stay, then I would choose this place. But if you are looking for a little something better from a continental breakfast or dining options in the hotel, this is not your place. The people were great, I just wish the location were a little better.
