“We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we did soak in the tub inside our room. We enjoyed the breakfast and feeding the koi fish. Our couples massage was wonderful. The carpets looked dated and stained in the dining area. The other thing we noticed was that the employee’s weren’t smiling, which kinda bothered me. We would go back though. The room was comfortable but the clarity on the tv was pretty bad.”

“The receptionist and bartender were helpful and pleasant. The room was not in great condition. The room was very warn and looked much older than expected from the pictures of the lobby. The air conditioner was noisy and ineffective. I was definitely disappointed in the room after reading so many 10 star reviews.”

“We booked Jere because everything else was taken that was in downtown. The hotel is ok. Breakfast was decent with some variety in terms of protein and fresh fruit. The tvs are out dated so we couldn’t watch Netflix and the property is spread out over 4 buildings at 3 different intersections.”

“The floor felt sticky so I wiped a small area with a hand towel. White Towel came up black in a hurry.”
