"The property was beyond our expectations. Tree lined seats, gated communities, pristine greens. The pool was quiet and clean; towel service provided. I didn't use the pickle ball courts, however there were others at check in requesting pickle ball gear. Bill Murray's Caddyshack themed restaurant is within walking distance, or a very short drive. "The house was perfect for our family weekend in St. Augustine. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. They had two beach umbrellas, plenty of chairs, and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the property so was a little long with a baby but wasn't awful. Might be tough for toddlers or smaller kids."

"We had a wonderful stay at the property. The kids mainly hung out on the lower level where they had their own family room that opened to the pool, a small sink, and direct access to the pool. The adults occupied the other floors with easy access to the main living area, the kitchen, the deck overlooking the pool, and stairs to the pool. "This was such a nice place to stay. Photos are an accurate representation of what you’ll experience in terms of aesthetics. A few things that we noticed that made our stay enjoyable: 1. The basic functionality of the place is great. A/C, bathroom fans, water pressure are all excellent. 2. Kitchen is well equipped. We cook a lot, and our expectations weren’t especially high. "Michael and Hyacinths property is absolutely gorgeous and made our stay in Saint Augustine! The property was beautifully put together and was walking distance to everything we needed. We have stayed in Saint Augustine before and this has been our favorite place so far, we look forward to staying again in the future!"
