“Easy walk to beach with multiple access points from suite and/or pool. Nice size pool and very hot hot tub. Game room could use upgrade and gym was not open waiting for permits. Overall, pleasant experience and close to everything (restaurants/groceries/etc.)”

“Beach view was amazing, the boardwalk takes you right to what feels like a secluded beach. The heated pool was also perfectly warm!”

“This is a cute little condo right on the beach close to everything and a little bit of trouble getting in at the gate but once you get in the first time they give you a card to get in and out.”

“This bungalow was equipped with everything you could possibly need while on your trip in St. Augustine and was clean and well-maintained. We had an excellent time and will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area.”

“I was worried about the view from the first floor, but you could easily see the ocean and sunrise. It was nice having a ground floor for our dog.. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was a nice surprise. The shower was wonderful with great pressure. We had one problem with the coffee maker the first day, but I let Todd know and he replaced it the next day. The pool was amazing beautiful and clean each day. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful beach getaway.”

“Dirty, two small pillows, bedroom window looked onto the community grill area (2 steps away), pool was not heated, pool seating was a mess. We left and went to a hotel.”
