“While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. “It worked for us while we were at the US Open. We were gone ever day, and some days didn’t get back till late. We ate a few meals in the apartment, and had enough kitchen accoutrements to handle our meal. The shower worked well and we had enough towels, although they were old. Our bed and pillows and bed linens worked well for us. The AC worked well, although it wasn’t a hot week. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc. nearby. This is...

“Good evening, in this way I comment my dissatisfaction and present this complaint to the hotel receptionist, a completely rude white-haired lady. I had a one-night reservation and I am 20 years old. It is the second time I had made a reservation and the first time a lady who spoke Spanish and English was very kind. She supported me completely and assigned me my room immediately. Today I did the same thing and the lady at the desk was rude telling me that I was not old enough to make a...
