**Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and Lack of Customer Service**
For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from check-in to checkout.
Upon arrival, we found a stain on the bed, a bathtub that barely drained, an unstable bathroom shelf, and a smoke detector that beeped constantly throughout our stay. I documented the issues and brought them to management's attention, yet none were addressed before we checked out.
To make matters worse, housekeeping is an additional charge, but the property doesn't provide basic cleaning supplies for guests to maintain the space themselves.
While I understand that maintenance issues can arise, what I find unacceptable is the complete lack of effort to resolve them once reported. At this price point, guests should expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained unit is the opposite of what I received.
