Janell was super responsive, even with automated AI replies. My only complaint was noticing a smell on throw blankets and throw pillow covers, which was easily resolved by a quick load of laundry. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would book again if I ever found myself in Tacoma again.”

“We spent 3 evenings at the condo, visiting friends in the area. The location was just off I-5 which made it easy to go north and south. McKinley street was very easily accessible to head south into the city. There were a few cute places to eat and drink within walking distance from the condo, and we did not hesitate to walk the area, even in the evening. The condo had sufficient supplies and great toiletries. Comfortable bed, good shower flow on the shower, and its new/clean appearance...
