"The hotel.com provided wrong location of the hotel. I ended up in another hotel. I didn’t stay in this hotel. I stayed in another location of holiday inn hotel. The hotel manager told me to cancel the reservation and he will not charge for the reservation. "

"We booked last minute after a disastrous choice at a different hotel. Thankfully they had a room for our two-night stay, and we were able to relax. The check in was smooth, the person working the counter was super. The room clean and comfortable. A great area with many dining options, and the parking felt safe and was well lighted. Breakfast was decent, similar to what every chain is offering these days. Waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats and breads. Plus, cereals, yogurts, juices and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet."

"I was given a room facing the freeway and it was noisy even with the windows closed. I asked the front desk if I could move to the other side of the building. They didn’t have availability that day, but were happy to move me the next day. The noise level was much better once I moved. The building was older, but very clean, and all the staff members were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and also good. I would recommend this hotel and location if you have a rental car to get around. "

"Unfortunately I didn’t end up sleeping there do to my own person things but the upgrade was beautiful, the bed was firm but comfy when I did lay on it to test it. The room seemed quiet. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Thank you for the attempt at a great stay."
